As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a practicing Architect to step into a Senior Projects Manager role — someone who can hold a growing portfolio of simultaneous developments with full command of design, execution, and commercial delivery. What You'll Manage Portfolio-level oversight of multiple residential projects in parallel (~100 units each), across Barcelona and Valencia Lead the design phase across all projects — directing architects, coordinating consultants, and driving municipal and planning approvals Own technical review of design documentation, specifications, permits (licencias de obra), and quality standards across the portfolio Oversee construction, contractor management, site progress, and milestone execution on all active projects simultaneously Full budget ownership across the portfolio — planning, cost control, deviation analysis, and consolidated reporting Coordinate with banks, project finance partners, and technical monitors (OCAs) per project Portfolio-level risk, quality, and progress reporting to senior management and board Who We're Looking For Degree in Architecture (Arquitecto or Arquitecto Técnico) — required 8+ years of experience in residential real estate development, on the developer side Demonstrated experience running multiple projects simultaneously — this is a portfolio role, not a single-project assignment Deep familiarity with Spanish planning regulations, licencias de obra, and municipal approval processes — particularly in Catalonia and/or Valencia Proven ability to manage and critically evaluate external architectural teams and design deliverables across concurrent projects Experience interfacing with OCAs, aparejadores, and technical lenders Solid command of project finance, banking relationships, and budget governance Very high level of business Spanish | Very high level of business English Proficient in Auto CAD / BIM tools, MS Office (Excel advanced), and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) Who You Are You understand design at its roots — but you've chosen to build. You bring an architect's eye for quality and spatial logic to every project decision, while holding contractors, consultants, and timelines to the highest standard across an active portfolio.
