We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Manage and administer Linux systems in enterprise environments, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Resolve complex incidents, execute changes, and perform maintenance activities following ITIL v4 processes
- Manage automation and configuration tasks using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash
- Administer and operate high-availability clusters (e.g. Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas Cluster)
- Work with infrastructure services including networking, storage, virtualization, and system security
- Coordinate tasks, incidents, and changes through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Document technical work accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
