Buscamos un reclutador para identificar, atraer y contratar talento de primer nivel. El reclutador gestiona todo el proceso de reclutamiento, desde la búsqueda de candidatos hasta la negociación de ofertas. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes de contratación y los jefes de departamento para entender las necesidades de personal y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas.
Responsabilidades Clave
Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para determinar las necesidades de personal y los requisitos del puesto.
Buscar posibles candidatos a través de diversos canales como bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, eventos de networking y referencias de empleados.
Revisar currículums y solicitudes para identificar candidatos calificados.
Realizar entrevistas preliminares para evaluar las calificaciones y la idoneidad de los candidatos para el puesto.
Coordinar y programar entrevistas entre candidatos y gerentes de contratación.
Realizar verificaciones de referencias y antecedentes para los candidatos seleccionados.
Extender ofertas de trabajo y negociar condiciones de empleo con los candidatos seleccionados.
Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de los candidatos en el sistema de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS).
Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares a los gerentes de contratación sobre el progreso del reclutamiento y el pipeline de candidatos.
Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas en reclutamiento y adquisición de talento.
Candidate Qualifications
Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
Experiencia previa en reclutamiento o adquisición de talento, preferiblemente en un entorno corporativo o de agencia.
Amplio conocimiento de los procesos y técnicas de reclutamiento.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar la carga de trabajo de manera efectiva.
Dominio en el uso de software de reclutamiento y sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS).
Conocimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales.
Mentalidad orientada a resultados con un enfoque en cumplir los objetivos y plazos de reclutamiento.
Atención al detalle y precisión en la evaluación y documentación de candidatos.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez.

Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
Conditions of Employment
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
