Finance Automation Specialist - SystemsAccountants (Sevilla)

Finance Automation Specialist A dynamic international technology company is transforming their Finance function and Financial Systems landscape. The company is scaling quickly and is looking to improve their Finance operations and deliver Automation and AI to support their continued growth. They are looking for someone with strong Finance understanding, Accounting or Controlling) and proven finance automation experience to join their team. Sitting in Finance, this role will map processes and identify and deliver Automation, leveraging AI and other finance systems tools. What will I be doing?
- Finance requirements gathering, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and delivering finance automation
- Leverage existing financial systems landscapes including ERP, EPM and FP&A; tools to identify and deliver finance automation and AI Agents
- Own, build and run projects to automate processes including delivering testing, training, troubleshooting etc
- Drive improvement of data for finance to support automation efforts
- Lead projects to improve finance processes What skills and background will I require?
- 3+ years' experience in Finance Operations or Finance Transformation in a scale-up company
- Proven experience in finance automation or leveraging AI for finance operations areas
- Good technical skills for data modelling and transformation, e.g. Python, R, Javascript, VBA, Access, .NET, Java, SQL or similar
- Prior experience with Cloud Financial systems experience (e.g. Workday, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle Netsuite, Adaptive, Planful, Pigment or similar) Location: Spain or Poland Contract Type: B2B Contractor (long-term / Permanent possible for the right candidate) A great opportunity for someone with good experience delivering AI Automation in a Finance Setting and a technology scale-up company!
