Program Overview Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – starting 5th October 2026 and ending 1st October 2027. Recruitment and Selection We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will take place from April 2026 until July 2026. Program Structure The internship consists of studying a Master, organized in three training blocks that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship will start in early October 2026 and last 11 months. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) and you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description Within the A400 Embodiment & MRO Service Program (TASAR), you will work on MRO contract management, monitoring, and upgrades for the in‑service fleet with new capabilities. You will gain insight into both the business and technical aspects of MRO. Roles and Responsibilities
- New MRO/Upgrades offer process: act as a key player to capture future business by consolidating end‑to‑end costs and negotiating with the final customer.
- Contract management and monitoring: after the offer is signed, oversee entry into service and contract monitoring, ensuring quality, time, and cost control.
- Project and program management: implement quality, time, and cost controls as part of the project lifecycle.
- Deploy an optimized costing tool to accelerate and improve the integration of all stakeholder contributions, reduce human errors, and facilitate strategic sensitivity analysis.
- Improve project scheduling for embodiment upgrade offers, automating the schedule through a project tool such as Confluence or an equivalent.
- Participate and contribute to new upgrade offers in the preparation phase. What We Offer

- Degree in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Spanish and English at negotiation level.
- Good communication skills, learning orientation, and proactive attitude.
