Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our research team at the Fundación MEDINA in Granada (Spain). The successful applicant will be involved in the NOVA-VRE project , focused on the development of novel enzybiotic-based therapies to combat infections caused by vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium , funded by the Spanish Government. The position will involve the analysis of biological samples using LC-MS, with a focus on metabolomics. Key Responsibilities
· Sample preparation and analysis using LC-MS
· Processing and interpretation of metabolomics data
· Contribution to experimental design
· Active participation in the NOVA-VRE project
· Writing scientific reports and publications Required Qualifications
· PhD or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related)
- Strong technical expertise in: xkdbapo o Mass spectrometry (LC-MS) o Metabolomics (data processing and analysis)
· Experience in proteomics is a plus
- Knowledge of bioanalytical techniques such as: o ELISA o Experience in data analysis o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
