At Emotion , our mission is to simplify the transition to electric mobility through comprehensive, customer-focused services. We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our small product team as the technical lead . Own features end-to-end, from scoping and architecture to deployment. Own the quality, performance, and roadmap of our customer-facing platform, and expand its scope over time. Think from a user experience and product perspective before jumping into implementation. Next.js + TypeScript (strict mode). tRPC + Prisma. GitHub (CI/CD). Basic DevOps; 3+ years of full-stack development experience, we care more about what you can do than how long you've been doing it. ~ Solid command of TypeScript and the React / Next.js ecosystem. ~ You see AI as a permanent part of how good work gets done, and you’ll actively push the team to use it more and better, not wait to be convinced. ~ Comfortable working autonomously, you'll be the only senior developer, so you need to be confident making technical decisions without someone to validate every step. ~ Proactive and self-directed, when you hit an unknown, you find a way through it. ~ Strong product intuition you think about user experience and business value, not just implementation. ~ Comfortable in a fast-paced, pivot-friendly environment, priorities shift, and that energises rather than frustrates you. ~ Fluent in English (required); Spanish and/or Catalan is a plus.
