Job Description As part of the local IT Finance team, the IT Application support
- BA, will act as the primary partner and "back up" for the local IT Finance Manager. You will help for ensuring the operational continuity of the National Service Center (NSC) IT solutions and participate in different projects that improve and expand them. Your role is to bridge the gap between management and the technical team, ensuring that all financial and operational systems (AX2012, Coupa, Notilus, Summar) support the business objectives and comply with Group standards. Management Support & Responsibilities
- Manager Back-up: Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the IT Finance Manager, representing the department in national and regional committees.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Manager in defining the local IT Finance roadmap, budgeting for the NSC IT department, and resource planning.
- Team Supervision: Direct the day-to-day activities of the IT Finance analysts, ensuring the team meets the established SLAs and KPIs for the NSC.
