In this role you drive end-to-end inbound and outbound truck planning across Europe, translating customer needs into actionable steps and coordinating with Sales, Carriers, and internal teams. You maintain stakeholder communications, monitor carrier performance against SLAs, and support SOP maintenance and process improvements. You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives using LEAN methods and help ensure accurate transport documentation and reporting. This position offers hands-on impact in a team-focused, process-driven logistics environment.

• Lead end-to-end planning and coordination of transports within Europe (FTL and LTL)
• Translate customer requests into internal action points within existing procedures
• Inform internal and external stakeholders proactively
• Maintain relationships with external transporters
• Administer transport documents and proof of delivery
• Monitor carrier/site performance against SLA, resolve delays
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for assigned processes
• Support operations and cross-functional initiatives using LEAN methodology

Responsabilidades
• Education in logistics, transport or supply chain (preferably)
• Relevant work experience in logistics/transport
• Full-time availability 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Good written and spoken English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with international transport, customs and export is an advantage
