About MAKE MAKE is building the financial layer for the general creator economy — payouts, multi-currency accounts, virtual cards, earnings splits, and payroll, all in one place. We’re at an inflection point: millions of creators need a bank that actually understands them, and most have never had one. You’ll help build it — and shape what it becomes. What you’ll own You’ll build and run the growth engine end-to-end
- affiliates + CRO + lifecycle + analytics + ops and turn messy processes into scalable systems.
- Growth Ops / RevOps : define the revenue funnel, own pipeline hygiene, and maintain GTM reporting.
- Attribution & analytics : event tracking + dashboards + alerts; ensure source‑of‑truth metrics across PostHog/warehouse/CRM.
- Systems & automation : automate workflows (partner onboarding, affiliate tracking/payouts, lead routing, KYC/deposit status syncs).
- CRM & data model : own Attio structure (stages, fields, dedupe), lifecycle segmentation, and integrations with the backend.
- Affiliates & partnerships ops : onboarding, links, performance reporting, bounties, and scaling ops from V1 → automated.
- CRO & experimentation : instrument the funnel and ship rapid experiments on landing, onboarding, and in-app nudges.
- Lifecycle : triggered comms across email/Telegram/in-app tied to key states (KYC started, approved, first deposit, churn risk). Success looks like (first 6‒12 months)
- Automated affiliate operations + accurate attribution and payouts.
- Weekly growth reporting the team trusts and uses.
- Clean CRM with reliable stages, conversion rates, and forecasting signals.
- Measurable improvements in signup → approval → activation → first deposit. You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 3–7 years in growth, growth ops seed–Series A.
- Are strong in instrumentation + analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel/Amplitude), and can write SQL.
- Can script/automate (Python/JS) and stitch together APIs (PostHog, Attio, backend).
- Have operated partner/affiliate programs and understand tracking + ops.
- Move fast, communicate clearly, and are comfortable with ambiguity. What’s in it for You
