Este puesto es presencial (on-site): requiere presencia a tiempo completo en nuestra Planta de El Pla de Santa Maria Overview Se encargará de las operaciones de mantenimiento (reparaciones, ajustes, mejoras, controles, mantenimientos Preventivos, cambios de formato… ) de todos los equipos e instalaciones de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas GMP (en un futuro ISO 9002), de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Responsibilities
- En Equipos e Instalaciones.
- Realización de tareas de Mantenimiento en todos los equipos e instalaciones de la compañía, tanto de tipo correctivo como preventivo, sistemático, ajustes, de mejora, etc ...
- Responsabilidad sobre las instalaciones adjudicadas para la realización del Mantenimiento Preventivo.
- Promover mejoras del Sistema de Mto. Preventivo.
- Ejecución y finalización correcta de los trabajos.
- Cumplimentación de las órdenes de trabajo.
- Comentar cualquier tipo de mejora, reforma... para las mejoras de las instalaciones a sus responsables.
- Asegurar el orden y limpieza de los lugares donde se trabaja, ya sean líneas de envasado, talleres, etc.
- Asegurar que la realización de cualquier operación se hace bajo normas de Seguridad e Higiene.
- En Formación.
- Aprovechamiento de las formaciones internas y externas que se programan para el mejor desempeño de su trabajo.
- Transmisión de conocimientos propios a terceros para la mejora de nivel del equipo. Qualifications Education:
- Electricidad (electricidad general, cuadros eléctricos, motores, variadores)
- Autómatas Programables (manejo, instalación, programación, cambio de parámetros, ...).
- Neumática e Hidráulica.
- Mecánica (diferentes tipos de soldadura, manejo de torno, instalaciones de tubería, ...)
- Conocimientos de Sistema de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo. Experience
- Experiencia mínima de dos años en trabajos de mantenimiento.
