WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- +3 years of proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SSFF)
- Experience coordinating HR technical projects in international environments
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience managing distributed teams and external providers
- Knowledge of HR systems support and evolution management
- Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders
- Experience with SAP Concur, SAP Payroll, or SAP FI is a plus
- Advanced Spanish is a plus WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coordinate technical support activities and HR-related projects
- Manage support processes and coordinate system evolutions and improvements
- Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Finance teams
- Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
- Coordinate external providers and distributed teams
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
- Ensure smooth communication across international teams and departments
