We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform.The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end analytics, reporting, and operational insights capabilities used across Contact Centers, Branches, Commercial Campaigns, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience domains.Key Responsibilities:Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Reporting & Insights solution within the Foundations tower.Define and prioritize Reporting capabilities, Operational dashboards, Realtime monitoring views and Analytical use casesTranslate business and operational needs into Functional definitions, User stories and requirementsCollaborate with country programs to (1) understand operational needs, (2) Identify reusable global capabilities, (3) Evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunitiesCoordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder managementMaintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and JiraMandatory requirements:Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Reporting and analytics solutionsStrong understanding of Operational KPIs, Reporting frameworks, Omnichannel customer service environmentsExperience translating business requirements in Product backlog itemsExperience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environmentsDrive functional alignment across stakeholdersSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and business-oriented mindset.Ability to understand operational processes, identify analytical opportunities and translate them into business insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work autonomously in a complex and cross-functional environment.Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demandsStrong documentation and functional definition skills.Ability to work in general and multi-country product organizations.English Proficiency¿What can we offer?- 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!- Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).- `Retribución Flexible ́ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Heath Care Plan...)- Free access to several training platforms- Professional stability and career plans- UST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.- The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.- Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime...)- UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsIf you would like to know more, do not hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in details.
