This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within an international Executive Search and Recruitment Consultancy specialized in plastics, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals and industrial sectors across Europe and the USA.

The role will combine:
• Talent sourcing & candidate research
• LinkedIn Recruiter & market mapping
• CRM and recruitment pipeline management
• Support in business development activities
• Candidate communication & coordination
• Support in LinkedIn content and employer branding
• International recruitment projects
• Administrative and operational support to the management team

What we are looking for:
• High level of English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, dynamic and ambitious personality
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools
• Interest in international business and recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales support, customer service or administration is a plus, but not xkdbapo mandatory
