We’re looking for a Spain -based Payroll Specialist who’s fluent in Spanish and English and ready to play a key role in shaping the future of payroll operations across Spain and beyond.

What you’ll be doing Manage end-to-end Spain payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with local employment and tax regulations. Review, verify, and submit payroll data accurately and on time. Be the main point of contact for clients running monthly payroll cycles in Spain, providing exceptional support and guidance.Maintain strong relationships with payroll, benefits, and accounting partners. Ensure full data integrity while continuously looking for ways to simplify and improve existing processes. Collaborate with global teams to drive innovation and efficiency in payroll delivery.

What you’ll bring Proven experience managing in-house payroll for Spain. Solid understanding of local payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory filings. Confident using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SAP. Fluent in Japanese and English — written and spoken. A problem-solver’s mindsetwith great attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for making things better every day.
