Project Manager (Torrejón de Ardoz)

We are seeking a Project Manager to take part in cutting‑edge technology projects, leading their planning and execution to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. They will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete life of projects assigned: planning, execution and closure.
- Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget, with the company’s quality standards and procedures.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and risk management.
- Coordinate project communications, keeping close interaction with stakeholders such as subcontractors, partners and customers.
- Identify and manage project risks and mitigation actions.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Report and elevate issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Education
- University degree in Engineering, specialized in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications or equivalent. Experience
- More than 4 years of relevant experience managing engineering projects; experience in Defence sector projects is desirable. Required skills and profile
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI); PMP certification highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proficient in MS Project; experience in Project Server desirable.
- Proactive, autonomous and team player.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Proficient in English.
