Agile Product Owner, Hybrid working (Creciente)

A hands-on Product Owner with strong experience delivering end-to-end Chat/Chatbot solutions in integral, multi-country environments. Someone who can bridge business and technology, drive value through data and KPIs, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. Product definition & planning Gather and structure initiatives with global and local stakeholders. Coordinate global Product, AI, and Tech teams with local country teams. Manage backlog, dependencies, risks, and timelines using agile practices. Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product initiatives. Testing & rollout Coordinate unit testing and UAT phases. Performance & continuous improvement Lead follow-up forums, committees, QBRs, and steering sessions. 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management. Strong background in global and multi-country project environments. Solid understanding of business case development and KPI tracking. Experience managing backlogs, planning, and delivery in agile environments. Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Strong skills in business analysis, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Nice to have: experience with cloud-based and AI-driven systems. Remote work.
