Would you like to be part of our team? We are looking for a Quality System Analyst, who will support the quality system management process, facilitating the flow of information and documentation to pass audits, training, and other company operations. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and update ISO documentation, including procedures, records, and quality manuals.
- Maintain version control and proper filing of quality management system documents.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Support ISO certification processes and internal/external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, etc.).
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
- Maintain and update quality databases, records, and tracking systems.
- Monitor quality KPIs and assist in performance reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality and Compliance Department.
- Verify compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and quality standards. Your profile and qualifications:
- Intermediate Technical training and Quality Management system knowledge
- Possession of an internal auditor certification will be valued.
- High level of English (C1) and Spanish. Deep knowledge of Chinese culture and fluency in the Chinese language would be highly valued.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality department
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
