This is a 6-month temporary position , idóneo if you're looking to kickstart your career in the sales & account management world! Your role in this journey
- Support the growth of our referral and ambassador program — identify potential hosts, reach out via cold calling, and build lasting relationships that grow our property portfolio in the Levante region.
- Help onboard new properties onto our platform — from configuring listings to making sure every detail is set up for success from day one.
- Keep our CRM sharp and up to date by creating and managing deals for new properties in Pipedrive, ensuring our pipeline reflects reality at all times.
- Work with Holidu's AI tools to review and improve existing property listings — contributing to better quality scores, content, and overall performance.
- Lead the logistics and preparation of local events — coordinating host meetups, property visits, and team activations across the region. Your backpack is filled with
- Recently finished degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- A natural communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.
- Basic command of Excel or Google Sheets — everything else you'll learn on the job.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Curious about technology and open to working with AI-powered tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality.
- Near-native Spanish and fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
