Welcome to weWow, the coolest kid in Customer Service town! Your mission is to navigate human resources with expertise and empathy, ensuring policies compliance, facilitating communication, and addressing employee needs to foster a positive work environment and organizational success.

**How you make an impact.**

As our dedicated HR Trainee, you will be focussing on the following tasks and responsibilities: Human Resources & Administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes
- Manage employee records, payroll, and HR databases accurately
- Address employee inquiries and assist with salary, tax, or conflict resolutions
- Coordinate meetings with accountants and legal organizations (e.g., Seguridad Social, SPASS etc.)

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure labor law compliance and maintain updated policies and manuals
- Manage contracts, benefits, and performance documentation

Communication & Problem-Solving
- Act as the HR contact, supporting clear communication and resolving employee concerns promptly
- Support HR events, initiatives, and internal updates

**What we value in you.**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field (or currently enrolled)
- Proficiency in Spanish (native) and English (C1 level)
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written
- Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to streamline and improve internal processes
- Proactive mindset, eager to learn, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders
