Sales Support (Werkstudent) (M/F/x/d), Valencia

Then today is your lucky day because in Symanto we are currently expanding our** Sales Team **and we are looking for a new **Sales Support (M/F/x/d)** that speaks German to be based in **Spain** or **Germany **to join us!

**Your job will be**:

- Collaborate with the sales manager to draft documents and presentations based on provided briefings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend client meetings alongside the sales team, providing support and contributing insights as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system, updating client information, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Review pending replies on proposals and specific customer requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide direct client support with the help of the Sales Manager, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist in coordinating sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.
- Identify qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts
- Communicate the benefits of Symanto’s products and services to potential clients
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth

**Your Profile**: **Education, Required Skills and Experience**
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office package (esp. PowerPoint)
- Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Good analytical skills and detail-orientation
- Self-motivated, independent
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and capable of delivering value in a start-up like environment

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Skilled in data analytics (i.e. data visualization tools)
- Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology
- Experience using HubSpot
- Ability to communicate complex concepts
