Tasks

Review of Non-disclosure agreements, completion of confidentiality checklist and proposal of changes according to Celestica’s policies.

Review of contracts with customers and suggested changes. Prepare executive summaries of contracts with customers.

Uploading new agreements in the customers’ contracts database. Managing the customers’ contracts database.

Support in different legal areas (review and drafting of miscellaneous agreements, incorporation of companies, changes of Directors, study of new legislation etc. etc).

Academic requirements

Finalizing studies in Law. High command of English Language (oral & written) is required.

Timetable

5 hours per day/ 5 days per week.
