Experteer Overview

In this role, you will bridge silicon architecture and software enablement to accelerate HW/SW co-design. You lead high-performance middleware, tooling, and virtual platforms to align software with pre-silicon hardware concepts. You drive modern engineering practices to ensure a mature software stack accompanies first silicon. You will influence cross-functional teams to shorten time-to-market for next-generation silicon and enable AI-enabled software Delivery. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how hardware and software iteratively come to life together.

• Technical leadership in TDD and CI/CD, mentoring engineers on testable, high-integrity code and tooling for quality decisions
• Build internal tooling and automation scripts (Python and C#) to streamline hardware-software handoffs
• Contribute to HW/SW co-design and modeling with virtual platforms and functional models to enable early software development
• Support AI enablement by rolling out generative AI tooling and exploring software-driven peripheral/IP design

Responsabilidades
• Expert C/C++ with low-level, register-level interfaces and embedded stacks
• TDD champion with experience building unit testing frameworks for embedded targets
• CI/CD integration experience (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
• Python proficiency for automation and build scripting
• Containerization knowledge (Docker or similar) for reproducible builds and deployments
• 10+ years in embedded software; leadership across cross-functional teams
• Experience designing complex software systems interfacing with custom hardware peripherals
• Quality evangelism and track record of High-Integrity Software practices
• Architectural mindset for HW/SW co-design and modeling
