The role: The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain . Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias) , a hub for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including intercompany transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, employee expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Ensure accurate coding of accounting entries and maintain organized financial records.
- Assist with VAT filings, tax compliance, and audit preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, HR) to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors as needed. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial statements.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent English communication; Spanish is a strong plus. Nice to Have
- Experience in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
