It Project & Product Manager - Energy Sector - Remote (Valencia)

At Astek we are looking for an IT Project & Product Manager to join a dynamic and innovative environment within the energy sector , supporting real-time operations, renewable energy activities, and data-driven transformation. You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision. Main responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
- Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments
- Monitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices Who are you?
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong experience working in Agile environments
- Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CD
- Experience with tools such as JIRA
- Interest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sector
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Who are we?
