The Opportunity: We are looking for a Home Interiors Retail Assistant to join our showroom in Marbella, Spain. You will represent the Sandon brand through exceptional client service, polished communication, professionalism and an elevated showroom experience. Languages required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Additional languages are considered a plus. The Part You’ll Play: As part of the Sandon team, you will: •⁠ ⁠Live our vision, values and beliefs every day •⁠ ⁠Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism •⁠ ⁠Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered •⁠ ⁠Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines •⁠ ⁠Greet and welcome all clients, ensuring they are properly advised on collections •⁠ ⁠Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard •⁠ ⁠Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients •⁠ ⁠Gather and collate clients’ CRM details to build the client book, follow up with clients and maintain relationships •⁠ ⁠Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon’s visual merchandising guidelines •⁠ ⁠Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior •⁠ ⁠Manage POS (Point of Sales) transactions Who You Are: We are looking for someone who is: •⁠ ⁠Experienced in a high-end interior design showroom (considered a plus) •⁠ ⁠Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented •⁠ ⁠Committed to quality with exceptional attention to detail •⁠ ⁠Proven ability to exceed sales goals •⁠ ⁠Highly detail-oriented •⁠ ⁠Equipped with strong organizational and time management skills Why Sandon: Join a premium interior design environment where luxury, creativity and exceptional service come together.
