- Strategic Project Development & Management: Optimise supply chain operations and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Align cost analyses and monitor project progress.
- Economic Analysis: Conduct economic studies and refine tools for better financial oversight. Use insights to recommend optimisations.
- Flow Optimisation: Identify and address inefficiencies in transportation and cross-docking. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Innovation: Seek and recommend new technologies and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to optimise processes and measure improvements.
- Change Management: Communicate and train stakeholders on new processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adjust changes based on feedback.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate operational risks. What we’re looking for
- A proven track record (at least 5 years) as a supply chain responsible, project management, supply chain engineering, or in a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a closely related field.
- Excellent skills in relevant software tools and technologies, such as data analytics software, project management software, and simulation tools.
- Strong competencies in supply chain processes, especially in transport & XDock operations, with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector or similar, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; a good level of Spanish, or French will be valued.
