End Date: TBC (Fast-tracking in effect) Location: Remote (Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, or Colombia) Type of contract: freelance Languages required: Fluent Spanish and English Hourly Rate: $15 Additional remuneration for language assessment: Self-declared (Waitlist/In-product screening) The Role We are seeking fluent Spanish speakers from Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia to participate in a high-impact AI training initiative for our client, Hume. Unlike standard data entry, this role focuses on the nuance of human-to-human connection. You’ll be paired with another participant for live video conversations to help train the next generation of empathic AI. By capturing natural emotions, intonations, and cultural sentiments, you are helping the model understand how humans truly communicate. What you’ll be doing
- Live pairings: You will be matched with another participant for 1-on-1 conversational video calls.
- Emotional Authenticity: Engage in natural dialogue to help the AI model understand human feelings, intonations, and sentiment.
- Audio-Visual Contribution: Ensure high-quality data capture by using a MacBook or headphones in a quiet environment.
- Collaborative Learning: Help the AI understand the regional nuances, slang, and cultural contexts of your specific Spanish dialect through real-world interaction. What you’ll bring
- Fluency in Spanish: You must be a fluent Spanish speaker from one of the specified regions (Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, or Colombia).
- Technical Readiness: Access to a MacBook or headphones is mandatory for audio clarity.
- Availability: Ability to commit to at least 5 hours of conversation per week.
- Reliability: Since you are being paired with a live partner, punctuality and a stable internet connection are mandatory.
