About the Role We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Athens, Greece! Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing, and technical issues. 3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
