**Job**Description**

LEAR VALLS is looking for high-skilled professional within **Internal Quality**eager to work in a integral automotive technology leader. A large automotive multinational company, based in the Electronics campus in Valls, (Tarragona, Spain).

Passionate about Quality, focused on internal quality issues by assuring robust action plans to perform and achieve continuous improvement processes; managing teams to assure effective containment, corrective & preventing actions that eliminate the repetition of the failure and elaborating the preparation of the corresponding reports.

**Key Outcome**
- Achieve the expected levels in terms of IPPMs & Cooperate to achieve the expected levels of PPM (external).
- Achieve overall customer quality goals with a focus on product and service satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with customer and Lear requirements and standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successfully develop and execute strategies to meet quality objectives.
- Lead and support critical issue resolution and customer interactions.
- Follow up Internal Quality tasks during program launches (e.g. First Sample Verification, Teardown validations, and Process audits).
- Follow up raised supplier non-conformities to protect production and customer of supplier issues.

**Job Requirements**
- Professional Education (CFGS) related to industrial fields is desired. Nevertheless University degree in same related fields would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or within automotive industry.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and quality tools (8D, 5-WHY, Control Plan, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, and self-motivated.
