You want to make our customers and your team happy. You have communication skills and a great sense of service. The teams vary between 20 and 40 people with very different skills (reception, accounting, finance, human resources, cleaning, animation, etc.). The diversity of the position is such that our current directors come from different sectors (Tourism, Human Resources, Profit Center Management, ERP Director, Deputy Manager...). Get ready! Your incorporation will be intense. Our clients are demanding and our mission is to satisfy them. WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO? When the campsite is closed, you will become a manager: Each year, together with you, we will help the Director to define the salary budget for the season. Therefore, you will have to recruit an efficient team with a lot of knowledge and organize your equipment so that the campsite is well managed and organized. You will have to train your collaborators. Finally, you will supervise the organization of work in collaboration with your Campsite director. When the campsite is open, your priority will be the smooth running of the campsite. You must have a critical eye to understand the customer’s expectations well and solve their problems as soon as possible. Your team should be fully committed to customer satisfaction. You must be rigorous in the administrative organization of the campsite: equipment planning, payment to suppliers, customer collection, bank deposit, optimization and management of booking schedules, configuration of computer tools. You manage housekeeping, entertainment and reception teams This work is very rewarding because customers will be able to thank you. And we too! We are a human family business. We increase wages by between 5% and 10% each year. Your starting salary is between €2500 and €3200 gross, depending on your experience. Finally, collaboration is part of our DNA.
