Location: Valls, T, ES, 43800 Country/Region: Spain Job Function: Program Management Requisition ID: 46468 Employment Type: Salary Job Description As a Program Manager based in Valls (Spain), you will lead the delivery of multiple programs for the E-Systems division. You will manage general cross‑functional teams including sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and purchasing. You are responsible for program timeline development, documentation and execution, ensuring scope, quality, timing and cost targets are achieved. Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs that exceed both customer and internal expectations.
- Take responsibility of the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability, and to required quality standards.
- Plan and execute all activities in accordance with the milestones defined by the customer.
- Manage product changes, according to flexibility and cost defined/agreed with Engineering and Sales.
- Take the lead to reach the yearly targets for the Cost Technical Optimization Ideas (CTOs) in your program.
- Identify possible risks and critical points and apply the necessary corrective actions by escalating to get the needed support. Skills

- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in a technical subject.
- Experience working in the automotive field, preferably in electronics.
- 5 years of work experience in project management leading cross‑functional teams both local and distributed in highly dynamic environments and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
