HR Generalist (Valls)

Lear Corporation’s administrative office in Valls, Spain, is primarily focused on engineering and innovation within the E-Systems division. This site serves as a center of excellence for electrification, connectivity, and high-voltage systems, with expertise in power distribution, battery management, and cybersecurity. It employs approximately 600 professionals, combining engineering and operational
- central services roles. The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage T&A; system for several sites (leave of absence and permits management, control audits)
- Improve T&A; system (coordinating HR, IT and the provider).
- Develop T&A; user guides and provide system training.
- Ensure employee data is properly filled in HRIS (SAP Success Factors).
- Labour relations support.
- Local HR support on KPIS, HC and other administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- University degree: Labor Sciences or Labor Relations
- + 1 year of professional experience with HR issues, especially in Spanish labor law
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing and constantly changing environment
- Experience working with HR systems
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Independent way of working and result-oriented
- English at least B1 level
