Location:Madrid – Hybrid (60% remote, 40% on site) Languages:Professional English (C1) Role Overview A global company is looking for anIT Solutions Architect with deep expertise in authorizationsto serve as the key connection point between business operations and IT. The position plays a crucial role in safeguarding security, maintaining compliance, and ensuring architectural consistency across the organization, while fostering alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. Main Responsibilities Act as theprimary authority on authorization matters, promoting clear and consistent communication throughout the organization. Drive and support authorization-related initiatives in partnership with general process owners and multidisciplinary teams. Serve as thesingle point of contact (SPOC)for standards, policies, and expert advice related to authorizations. Evaluate and approveauthorization-related exceptions, ensuring proper justification and documentation. Oversee and coordinate authorization testing during SIT and UAT phases alongside functional teams. Develop and implementauthorization models and frameworksthat meet organizational requirements. Perform regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of authorization processes and highlight areas for enhancement. Requirements Solid background in bothbusiness processes and authorization, acting as a connector between the two. At least2 years of experience as an IT Solutions Architectspecializing in authorizations for business processes. Demonstrated leadership in agile environments and a track record of successful project delivery. Professional experience in digital roles and digital transformation initiatives. Strong capability to link business processes with backend authorization structures and clearly define functional roles. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and consulting practices.
