We are an early-stage start-up developing advanced technology to diagnose the health of electric vehicle batteries— the most critical and valuable component in any EV. Our solution enables used vehicle dealers, fleet operators, and inspection companies to make better decisions with reliable, independent battery data.This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the

first engineers , working closely with the CTO and playing a key role in shaping the product from the ground up.

What you’ll do Test and validate solutions with real EVs (BEV, PHEV, HEV), both in the field and remotely Connect to vehicles, perform diagnostics, and extract battery data via communication protocols Integrate new vehicle models into the diagnostics system Maintain and improve support for existing vehicle models

What we’re looking for: Must-have skills Experience with vehicle communication via OBD2 Strong understanding of CAN bus, UDS, and DoIP protocols Knowledge of BMS and/or ECU systems Proficiency in Python

Nice to have Hands-on experience with real vehicles in operational environments Experience with IoT or connected devices Software development knowledge Familiarity with embedded systems

Who you are Autonomous and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills Results-oriented and execution-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, uncertain startup environment

Background Engineering background in electronics, telecommunications, automotive, or related field Practical, hands-on experience is highly valued
