Everything we do, we do in service to the healthcare community. 7,000 collaborators are part of our family, JOIN US AND LET US CONTINUE GROWING TOGETHER Position Summary: Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication Key Accountabilities: Employee Travel Management Maintenance and control of the warehouse Registering new providers in SAP Shipping of marketing material (e.g. manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents Managing internal and external communication Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.g. temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution...) Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint Printing and binding of the BBUU materials Request for translations Course certificates Minimum Knowledge for the position: Bachelor's degree student English (Advanced level) Portuguese desirable Skills & Capabilities: Communication Decision Making Organizational Proactivity Cross Colaboration Customer Service Orientation Computer Skills: Knowledge of the different computer tools: Windows environment (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), SAP and Outlook Why WERFEN?
