Position Overview The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive development of luxury villa projects and bespoke architectural works, collaborating closely with the design and management teams. The role involves coordinating and developing technical documentation, supervising project deliverables, and ensuring architectural and technical quality throughout all project phases. Professional Profile Education Qualified Architect. Experience Between 5 and 7 years of experience working in architecture studios. Proven experience in luxury villas or bespoke architectural projects. Experience in the full development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Technical Requirements Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid knowledge and professional experience working with BIM methodology. Ability to develop projects from conceptual design through execution stages. Experience in preparing technical reports, project scheduling, and deliverable management. Ability to supervise technical documentation, including schematic design, executive projects, and construction details. Ability to produce detailed conceptual drawings and presentations. Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations on the Costa del Sol, especially Marbella. Experience with planning and management tools such as Excel, Trello, or similar platforms will be valued.
