Technical team Lead - Hybrid (Viladecans)

We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Technical Lead to join an innovative team focused on delivering high-quality, data-intensive solutions and driving technical excellence across the engineering community.

In this role, you will play a key part in defining, designing, and implementing advanced AI-based and data-driven technical solutions within a complex, large-scale environment. You will help bring clarity to story-level delivery, remove blockers, and ensure fast, high-quality feature development aligned with strategic business goals.

In addition, you will promote innovation, continuous improvement, and a collaborative, product-oriented culture.

Define and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, assurance, and security.

Maintain a strong automated testing strategy, aligned with a zero-manual-testing mindset.

Improve and enhance automated deployment and validation processes.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Lead technical solutions across multi-cloud environments , especially Azure and AWS .

Promote and implement DevSecAIOps practices and automation improvements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles within data-intensive and AI-driven environments .

Strong hands-on experience delivering production-ready applications with frontend (Next.js) , backend (Python) , and data / ML components .

Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines and workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions , Trunk-Based Development , and E2E test integration .

Solid understanding of DevSecAIOps practices and secure coding standards.

Experience working in agile environments , using tools such as Jira for backlog refinement and story estimation.

GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code ).

Fluent English .

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes .

Experience with observability and monitoring tools , preferably Datadog .

Background in automation frameworks and testing strategies aligned with zero-manual-testing .

Knowledge of Confluence or similar tools for technical documentation.

Passionate about using software engineering and technology to create business impact.

Pragmatic, disciplined, and data-driven in decision-making.

Available to work on-site in Barcelona 2–3 days per week .
