**Role Description**

The Monitora role is a temporary, on-site position based in Spain. The Monitora will be responsible for supervising and guiding students on educational trips, ensuring their safety, and providing support during activities and excursions. Additional responsibilities include facilitating group activities, assisting with daily logistics, and serving as a point of contact for students and staff throughout the program.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle daily schedules and activities effectively
- Ability to manage group dynamics and ensure students' safety at all times
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in education, youth programs, or event planning is beneficial
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and willingness to take initiative
- First aid training or equivalent certification is advantageous
