Brian’s Electric is an established electrical services company expanding its operations internationally. We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Romania and are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a new office from the start and play a key role in daily operations.
Job Summary
The Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients and technicians. The role includes handling communications, coordinating appointments, supporting dispatch operations, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Dispatch technicians and track job progress
Maintain customer records and update internal systems
Assist with invoices and basic administrative documentation
Provide general administrative support to management
Help organize office operations and workflow
**Requirements**: Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Professional and customer-oriented attitude
English communication skills required
Nice to Have
Experience working in service or technical company
Scheduling or dispatching experience
