**ABOUT THE JOB**
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be in the front line when it comes to communicating and connecting with our customers.
**Main Tasks**
- Be responsible for the main telephone line and handle incoming calls or forward them to the corresponding department.
- Informing customers about products/services.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to provide the best solution.
- Collaborate with salesforce and across departments to ensure the best customer experience.
- 2-3 years of experience providing customer service or support required. Dental background is preferred as well as knowledge of the **3Shape system.**:
- Tech-savvy with adequate computer skills including: Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer focused.
- Solution oriented problem solver mentality with logical skills and technical affinity.
- Patient, motivational and organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong time management skills.
**Language skills**
