As QMS Senior Engineer, you will oversee the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System aligned with IRIS standards. You’ll support compliance, QA, and process improvements to ensure consistent product and service quality, with occasional travel outside the UK. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into operations and drive a culture of excellence.

• Implement and maintain the site QMS per corporate policies and regulations
• Lead internal and external audits; manage responses and close actions with cross-functional teams
• Manage UK MNCR system; report progress to Head of Quality and HQ QMS
• Create a UK process review system and monitor improvement actions
• Monitor QMS documentation changes and feedback to UK teams
• Participate in HQ process forums to align UK input with integral direction
• Report QMS performance to Head of Quality and support site objectives
• Lead deployment of HQ Quality initiatives in the UK (e.g., Process Audits)
• Coordinate Special Processes and QA coordination duties
• Support QA and CI initiatives across departments; work autonomously and in teams
• Carry out other duties as required by business needs

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a Quality or Manufacturing role in quality-focused industries (e.g., Transportation, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences or related field
• Experience with QMS implementation and maintenance (e.g., ISO 9001, IRIS)
• Experience with internal and external audits including corrective action management
• Ability to deliver technical training in classroom and practical settings
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Flexible and able to work across a broad range of activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Methodical, organized, and proactive problem-solver
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
