Avenga is looking for a skilled Senior IT/Business Analyst to join our team full-time for an international integration and financial systems transformation project. In this role, you will support the analysis and harmonization of ERP and finance systems across approximately 150 companies, with a strong focus on financial data reporting, integration capabilities, and data governance.Previous experience in a similar role as IT Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst Strong experience in integration projects, financial systems analysis, and data governance initiatives Proven experience analyzing ERP and finance systems in multinational or multi-entity environmentsExperience with financial reporting, data standardization, and harmonization across multiple organizations Understanding of financial concepts including IFRS, consolidation, FP&A, Cash Flow, and Tax Provisioning Experience defining and clarifying integration interface requirements and financial data flows Ability to identify integration gaps and coordinate resolution activities with technical and business stakeholders Fluent English communication skills Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and data mapping processesPrevious experience working in global transformation programs Experience with ERP migration or finance transformation initiatives
