Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Your Impact: As a Senior QA Automation Engineer you take a leading and proactive role in shaping quality across the organization. You actively engage with teams, identify gaps, drive improvements in testing practices and automation, define and implement testing standards and frameworks, and work across teams to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities. You work closely with development and QA engineers ensuring clear, high-quality test reporting in English, play a key communicative and coordinating role, combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management, and adopt a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and standards across C&D; Actively engage with teams to identify testing needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities Proactively drive adoption of QA best practices and the NN QA Maturity Model Design and implement automated tests across TEST and ACC environments Build and promote reusable solutions and test automation patterns Investigate recurring issues and initiate structural improvements Monitor and improve collaboration and processes across TEST and Acceptance environments Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Engineering Guild and Test Circle Act as a coach and sparring partner for QA engineers and development teams Take ownership of improving quality — not only technically, but also organizationally and culturally The Team The core team is the IT/Performance & Monitoring team of C&D;, cooperating with all teams contributing to the TST, ACC and Production environments and working on central solutions regarding monitoring, performance, and QA Automation promotion. Who You Are ~ Fluent in English (spoken and written), with experience in international environments ~5–7 years of experience in QA Automation / Test Engineering ~ Proven experience setting up standards and frameworks across multiple teams ~ Strong experience with tools such as JMeter, Playwright, BrowserStack, Azure DevOps Test Plans, JUnit, Typescript/CDK ~ Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) ~ Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk) is a plus ~ Experience with Selenium, Appium, UIPath, Python, JavaScript is a plus ~ Highly proactive, self-driven, ownership mindset, problem-seeking, without waiting for direction ~ Strong "reach‑out" mindset, actively connecting with teams to understand needs ~ Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders ~ Combines technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Continuous improvement mindset, enjoys driving change ~ Act as a leader in the QA domain, setting standards and guiding others What do we offer?
