React Native Developer (Mobile Apps) (Madrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer who wants to be part of an ambitious early-stage project with purpose, creativity, and growth potential. This is not just another development role. We want someone who genuinely enjoys building products that can help others and improve user experiences at scale. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and marketing teams
- Help shape the product and technical direction of the app
- Optimize app performance and user experience
- Participate in feature planning and product strategy discussions
- Contribute ideas beyond coding, we value proactive thinkers Requirements
- Strong experience with React Native
- Experience creating and publishing mobile apps
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
- Native or fluent English communication skills
- Positive attitude and startup mentality
- Able to work from our Madrid center office at least 2 times per week
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Big Plus If You Have Experience With
- ASO (App Store Optimization)
- SEO
- Digital Marketing / Growth strategies
- Firebase, APIs, analytics, or push notifications
